Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

We hope you love your piece. If it is not right for you, returns are accepted in line with UK consumer law.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs where relevant
We will resolve the issue promptly.

Our jewellery is designed to be worn regularly, with care.
To maintain finish and longevity:
Avoid prolonged exposure to water
Remove before applying lotions, perfumes, or sprays
Store pieces separately in a dry place
Normal wear over time is not considered a fault.
