ORDERING.

If your order has not been packed yet, we may be able to help. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and what you want to change.
Once an order is packed or dispatched, changes and cancellations are not possible.

We package every order as a clean, protective keepsake that is suitable for gifting.
If you would like a short gift note included, please email us straight after ordering and we will do our best to add it before packing.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be added once an order has been placed.
DELIVERY.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK home delivery: £4.99 (free over £150)
Express home delivery: £6.99 (free over £200) -
Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking details. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
RETURNS.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with any accompanying materials.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Email us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
AFTERCARE.

If your piece has a manufacturing issue (for example a clasp fault, connector issue, or a loose component) please email us with your order number and clear photos.
We will confirm the next steps.

Normal wear over time, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, and third-party alterations are not treated as faults.

No. We cannot repair or restore plating wear once it has worn away.
Plated finishes naturally soften over time depending on wear, friction, and exposure to moisture, perfume, lotions, sweat, and cleaning products.For best longevity, follow our Jewellery Care guidance and store pieces dry and separately.
MATERIALS.

We work with stainless steel, silver vermeil, and gold plated brass, alongside lab-made gemstones.

ÎLE KEKERE uses lab-grown gemstones as part of our materials approach.

We photograph pieces to be true-to-life.
As with any jewellery, minor variation can occur across stones, finishes, and small-batch production.
JEWELLERY CARE.

Put jewellery on last, store it dry and separately, and wipe gently after wear.

Avoid showering, swimming, sleeping in jewellery, and exercise while wearing.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, and cleaning products. Ultrasonic cleaners are not recommended.
PACKAGING.

Every order is packed to protect the piece in transit and keep it safe between wears.
If your order contains multiple pieces, we pack them to minimise contact and friction.

Yes. Pieces are supplied with a tarnish-reducing storage pouch to support better keeping between wears.
