  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

    Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

    Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • UK delivery

    • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch

    • Tracked delivery where available

    You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

    Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability

    All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank/Public holiday, will be processed the following week.

    Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

  • Standard UK Home Delivery: £3.99

    Free for orders over £150

    Express Home Delivery: £5.99

    Free over £200

    Ordering with expedited shipping does not guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately. 

  • As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

    You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you create an account.

  • If unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to ÎLE KEKERE

  • If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

    If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please keep all packaging and take clear photographs immediately, as these may be required to support a courier claim.

    Courier investigations can take up to 4–8 weeks. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the courier’s investigation has been completed and the outcome confirmed.

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs where relevant

    We will review the information provided and advise on the next steps.

  • We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order is not right for you, you may request a return in line with UK consumer law and the provisions below.

    Returns eligibility

    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with any accompanying materials.

    • All returns are inspected before a refund is authorised.

    • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

    • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

    Refunds

    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

    • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

    Sale items

    • Sale, clearance, or sample items are exchange or store credit only.

  • To request a return, please email ola@ilekekere.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

    In your email, please include the reason for return so we can improve.

    We will reply with return instructions.

    Please note:

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging, with any accompanying materials.

    • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

    • Sale, clearance, or sample items are exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.

    • We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
