Deliveries

All products with the exception of earrings, are handmade in the UK and made specifically to order, eliminating the risk associated with wastage and obsolescence of stock

We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us by email on ola@ilekekere.co.uk

We will try as much as we can to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee we will be able to

Ordering with expedited shipping does not guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately. Additional fast shipping fees may apply

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank/Public holiday, will be processed the following week

    Items ordered in United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in United Kingdom.

  • UK customers can choose between Standard Home Delivery and Express Home Delivery.

    Standard Delivery (£2.99 delivered within 3-5 working days):

    We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

    Express Delivery (£4.99, 2-3 working days):

    We also offer UK Express delivery for £7.99 (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday and before 10:30 am on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 2 working days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). During high season and Sale, Next day delivery might be unavailable.

    All orders over £50 will enjoy free standard delivery.

    Delivery to your home address:

    Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

    Delivery to an alternative address:

    Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

    Free for orders over £50

    Express Home Delivery: £4.99 free over £70

    Standard Europe- delivery within 7-10 working days: £10.00

    Express Europe- delivery within 3-5 working days: £15

    Premium Europe Delivery- delivery within 5-7 working days: Free on orders over £500

    There are no additional costs arising from the Brexit laws

    USA deliveries

    Standard USA shipping- delivery within 7-10 working days: £15.00

    Express USA delivery orders- over £500 delivery within 3-5 working days- Free

    All other international destinations

    Standard within 7-10 days: £12

  • International orders may be subject to tax and custom duties once they arrive at the destination. these charges are borne by the customer as We do not currently cover this.

    European orders will not attract any new custom tax following Brexit.

  • As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

    You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you create an account.

  • If unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to ÎLE KEKERE

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact me asap. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

    If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please save all of your packaging material and photograph it immediately as we will need it for claim purposes. When filing a claim, it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to process the claim. Unfortunately, due to the small nature of my business, we will require resolution of claims before refunding or remaking outstanding pieces.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase

We also understand it’s important to feel 100% happy but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition, subject to the following provisions:

  • Refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase, with original receipt. The return must be post marked within 30 days from date the order was received. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment

  • All products will be inspected before a refund is authorised

  • Jewellery must be in good condition with all original document, packaging and accessories

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Clearance or sample items are exchange only

How to request a return or refund

To request a return please email ola@ilekekere.co.uk

We will follow up with you with instructions and a return form. On the return form please follow the instructions, also set out below for ease of reference

  • Indicate the return reason in the Return Reason column on the front of the packing slip next to the line item you are returning. 

  • Include your return slip and all original documentation with your product (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself). 

  • Affix the return address label from the front of your packing slip to the shipping packet. 

  • Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated on your packing slip

Please Note: Your packing slip must accompany your return. 

ÎLE KEKERE is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange for a full refund (minus postage charges) within 30 days of the date of the original delivery date

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings unless they are faulty.  Custom designed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All returns are subject to inspection for signs or wear or damage before a refund is processed. New and unworn means no scratches, marks or blemishes on the items

We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within three weeks of receiving your return 

Exchange

For an exchange, follow the instructions above for a refund but indicate the item you want to swap for- bear in mind that my stock isn’t static and so the replacement you want at the time may not be available
