UK delivery available. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned using a tracked and insured service, and include all original documentation.
ÎLE KEKERE is not responsible for items lost in transit. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

If tracking confirms that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once delivery has been confirmed to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately with photographs.
Claims may take several weeks to resolve. Due to the small-batch nature of our business, refunds or replacements can only be processed once the claim has been concluded.
