You’ll need:
Your Carnelian talisman (ring, bracelet or pendant)
A red or orange candle
A piece of paper and pen
A bowl of water or salt
A quiet space at dusk, sunrise or new moon
1. Set your intention with fire
Light your candle. Hold your Carnelian to your lower belly.
Say aloud:
“Brigid, keeper of sacred flame and poetic truth, ignite my creative fire. Help me speak, move and rise with courage.”
2. Write what’s burning to be expressed
Free-write for 3–5 minutes. No editing. Just let your fire speak:
