If your order contains multiple pieces, we pack them to minimise contact and friction.

Anti-tarnish materials help slow tarnish during storage. To protect plated finishes, avoid water, perfume, lotions, and damp storage.

  • Recycle paper-based components with household paper recycling where accepted locally

  • If any protective elements are included for transit safety, dispose of them according to your local recycling rules

Packaging is part of the experience, but it is also part of product care. A secure, stable set-up reduces friction, knocks, and avoidable wear in transit. It is the same thinking as the jewellery: quiet design, correct function.

  • We avoid it where we can. When protection requires it, we use the least-waste option that still keeps the jewellery secure in transit.

  • Most of our packaging is paper-based and recyclable. If your local council has specific rules, follow local guidance for paper, card, and mixed materials.

    The box is designed to work as a storage home, and the pouch is ideal for daily protection, travel, and keeping pieces separate to reduce tangling and surface wear.

    Storage matters, especially for plated pieces. The pouch helps protect against scratches and friction, and keeping jewellery dry and stored separately supports longevity.

    Our packaging is designed to feel gift-ready without extra wrapping. If you want an even cleaner finish, you can add a small handwritten note at checkout.

  • They will be packed to minimise contact and tangling.

    Where needed, pieces are separated so finishes are protected.

  • If your outer shipping package arrives damaged, take a photo before opening and contact us with your order number so we can advise on next steps.
